Apartmetn in Letná V

A major reconstruction of an apartment that was lacking facilities. It required completely new plumbing system in order to accommodate a toilet and a shower. Relocation of the kitchen and new ventilation system. We saved the wooden floor beams and reused them in the living room and repartitioned the space. Natural light was brought into the bathroom via ribbed glass windows from the bedroom. The entire heating system is hidden in the division partition between the kitchen and the hallway. It was a challenge to accommodate so much storage space and still fit two separate rooms in just under 50 square meters.
